Traxent offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing you authorise Traxent to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our written permission. The Traxent name and brand are trademarks of Akpan Holdings Limited (trademark pending). Akpan Holdings Limited owns and licenses the Traxent product.
You retain ownership of any trade journal data you input into the platform. By inputting data you grant Traxent a limited licence to process and display that data to provide the service.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Market data feeds may experience delays or interruptions. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or content provided on the platform.
Akpan Holdings Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, data inaccuracies, or interruptions to data feeds.
Traxent references third party proprietary trading firms including FTMO, Apex Trader Funding, MyFundedFutures, and FundedNext. Traxent is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these firms. All prop firm rules and requirements displayed on the platform are based on publicly available information and may not reflect current requirements. Always verify requirements directly with the relevant firm before purchasing any evaluation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akpan Holdings Limited's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Akpan Holdings Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of trading capital.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
